As your federal Member of Parliament, I work to keep you informed on updates from the federal government in Ottawa.

While I am always happy to answer your questions about policy, a significant part of my job is to help constituents navigate federal government programs and services.

On any given day, my office will assist constituents with a variety federal departments and programs including:

• Citizenship and Immigration,
• Employment Insurance,
• Passport Canada,
• Old Age Security,
• Canada Pension Plan,
• Canada Border Services, and
• Canada Revenue Agency.

Provincial services

Provincial governments are responsible for services such as birth, marriage, and death certificates, health care, education, social services, Ontario Works, ODSP, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and highways.
